Hello Blogland!
My name is Liz and I'm excited to be starting this blog! (I just paused for a moment, wondering if I should end two sentences in a row with an exclamation point. But then I thought, how can I use the word "excited" in a sentence and then end that sentence with a period? It almost seems anticlimactic. So I used two exclamation points. It's a risk that I will sound more enthused than I actually am, and I'm currently remembering that episode of Seinfeld where Elaine broke up with a guy over the use of exclamation points, but whatev. And now I'm wondering why I started telling you all this in the first place...)
Anyway, as I said before, my name is Liz. I am a wife of five years and a mama of just a few months to my beautiful daughter, Violet. I am very blessed to be able to stay home with my daughter, and so blogs are my greatest form of socialization, other than Facebook, of course. My husband finally convinced me I needed to start one of my own. At this point, I'm pretty unsure of what this blog's focus might be. My interests are sewing, crafts, decorating, baking/cooking, and writing, so I imagine that at some point this blog may contain posts relating to any of those topics, and probably some others that I can't think of right now. Oh, and I'm a born again Christian. So, you've been warned, I'll probably talk about that at some point too. Look away, if this offends.
So, basically the title says it all. I love to talk and I'll talk if you'll listen.
